Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping bag. After you have finished, click on “Shopping Bag”. You will be directed to the checkout where you will be asked to pay through Paypal, please refer to Payment section for associated terms.

Browne and Daughters reserve the right to alter prices and specifications of goods without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please refer to the Delivery information.

Browne and Daughters uses a third party provider, PayPal, to provide secure online payment services. Use of PayPal is subject to PayPal’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy. If you do not wish to pay online using PayPal, you can send us a cheque along with your order made payable to “Browne and Daughters”. Order enquiries should be directed to one of the team on +44 (0) 1367 821 091 or info@browneanddaughters.com. Please do NOT send credit card or payment details by email.

Browne and Daughters will charge a set amount on each order, irrespective of the number of items ordered.

In the United Kingdom the delivery charge for orders up to the value of £120 is £6.95 per order, orders of £120 or over have a delivery charge of £9.95 (express 24hr add £5.95).

European countries will be charged £25.00 delivery per order. For all countries outside of Europe please contact us for a prompt quote.

We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 3 working days. Please however allow 5 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of the reason for delay, along with a proposed delivery date.

If you are in any way unhappy with your order you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided it is in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Please retain proof of purchase. We regret we do not offer free postage on exchanged or returned items. However, we will refund your postage where goods are found to be faulty. Sadly, we can not offer a refund on sale items, however we can offer an exchange or a credit note.

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, sometimes certain items from our collections are more popular than our forecasts had predicted. In cases such as these, availability of an item may be low or it may become out of stock.

When an item is currently out of stock, you can still contact us to request information on when it is available and we will endeavour to get you the product as soon as possible.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification of our products shown on the website and in our catalogues are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software.
